Sam is an awesome DJ. We always call Sam, for Birthday party's, Backyard BBQ party's you name it! He really knows how to get the party started!! All of our events stay lit!! He's very professional , people oriented, and provides top-notch services. He's attentive to details, and helpful with any music selection you may need. I would recommend Sam to everyone .He's reasonable and won't disappoint!

BLK Soldier is one of the best professional DJ'S that I have worked with in a long time! He was the DJ for Chicago's TinaTurner, Dorothy Roberson. He was very accommodating,very pleasant, and approachable. He did a very thorough sound check early! He checked my instrumental tracks to make sure that they were lined up in the right order in which I wanted to perform my set. Sam at Blk Soldier DJ services is the definition of a DJ that understands and delivers the assignment. I have worked with Sam on multiple events and he always brings his A-Game. From the planning process to the event execution, Sam is attentive to his clients needs along with the event experience. Sam makes sure he understands the flow of the day, and I in constant communication with myself as the planner. He is proactive with communication, asking the right and often ignored questions regarding music and its importance in setting the tone for the event. Sam was excellent in helping us prepare the music, make some recommendations, and ultimately providing a full night of entertainment for our guests at our wedding. My son was having a tough night but took an interest in what Sam was doing with his mixer. Sam took the time to show my son what he was doing and really turned the night around for my boy. Through multiple Zoom calls, Sam made sure everything was just the way we expected it to be for our day. He was also a perfect fit for our budget, as well. Not just a high recommendation, but an absolute must if you're planning any event!

There are so many options for wedding vendors that it can feel overwhelming. I am so happy that Sam was our DJ. Seeing how detail oriented he is, took away so many worries. Sam takes great care to get to know you and tailor the music to you as a couple. He far exceeded our expectations. There was not a moment when our guests weren’t on the dance floor. I highly recommend Sam. You won’t regret it!

From the moment we first spoke with BLK Soldier DJ Services, we knew we were in excellent hands. Their communication was proactive, kind, and incredibly creative. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they created an original mashup for our first dance that was simply phenomenal, coordinated all of our wedding party intro songs, and even set up an amazing rotating selfie station and incredible lighting display that had our guests raving all night long. BLK Soldier DJ Services is an outstanding company, and we only wish we could get married again just to have them DJ our party. Sam kept the party going from start to finish. He was very responsive leading up to the wedding and scheduled zoom calls just to make sure the wedding ceremony and reception would be smooth. We received several compliments about the DJ. Would recommend him for weddings.
